If you’re planning a a New Year’s celebration at the Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll want to try these champagne desserts to celebrate 2023.
For many people, a champagne toast is a perfect way to ring in the new year in style, and Walt Disney World Resort with all its New Year’s Eve events certainly does it well! But rather than drinking your champagne for a New Year’s celebration, what about eating it in some delicious Disney desserts?

Here’s a rundown from the latest DisneyEats Foodie Guide with five delectable delights available for your New Year’s Eve party on December 31:
Bear-y Happy New Year!
First, this darling dessert at Roaring Fork in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge combines strawberry mouse and champagne gel atop a beautifully mirror-glazed vanilla cake and tops it all off with New Year’s themed chocolate décor.
Strawberries and Champagne Tart
Next, available through January 1, 2023, at the Beach Club Marketplace within Disney’s Beach Club Resort, this sweet treat includes a champagne panna cotta, fresh strawberries and crisp pearls for garnish, plus strawberry mouse, gelee, and whipped cream! It’s a strawberry lover’s dream!
Note: In addition, it seems that Disney’s Yacht Club Resort Guests can order the exact same dessert from The Market at Ale & Compass, but with the addition of white chocolate décor for garnish.
Champagne Beignet
Of course, beignets are a Disney Park staple by this point, but you typically see them at the Disneyland Resort in Southern California unless you head over to the French Quarter at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort! Luckily, this delightful fried doughnut in the classic Mickey shape, and topped with starry quins and a champagne glaze will be at Scat Cat’s Club – Café through January 1, 2023!

Midnight Marquise
Plus, if raspberries are more your style, you’ll love this chocolate torte topped with raspberry and a champagne sabayon (an Italian-inspired dessert typically made by mixing egg yolk, sugar, and sweet wine) at Cítricos, in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Clock Strikes 12
Lastly, you can find this delicious chocolate hazelnut mousse at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort’s Dahlia Lounge, and enjoy it with a size of tangy orange sauce and unique champagne foam.
BONUS: For a really tasty toast, try the After Midnight Cocktail, which includes Licor 43 Spanish Liqueur, chocolate liqueur, and espresso dusted with cocoa powder, available from December 28 through January 1 across various lounges at all of the Disney Resorts!
