5 Reasons We Absolutely Love Walt Disney World

I could probably come up with thousands of reasons why I love Walt Disney World and can’t get enough. I am a diehard Disney addict, lifer. Disney will always be the number one vacation spot for me and my family, and we will continue to visit as much as possible to get our dose of Disney. Here are 5 reasons (of the many) why we absolutely love Walt Disney World (and why you will, too!):

5. The Amazing Attractions

Disney World attractions may not be the most intense of extreme attractions that other theme parks boast, but they are loveable. They are based on perfect storylines, loveable characters and nostalgia. Walt Disney mastered the art of entertaining and immersing guests into the experience that he wanted for them, and it keeps us coming back time and time again to experience these attractions. Attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion ended up becoming the basis for movies because guests loved the components of the rides so much. That is impressive when a ride can inspire a movie, and still be successful as movies. Then, you have the attractions like Avatar Flight of Passage that make use of the most cutting edge technology and strive to show guests something that they have never seen before at a level of detail that only Disney seems to do.

4. The Delicious Food

There seem to be endless restaurant options on property no matter what price point you are looking for or whether you want a full meal or just a snack. There is an extra level of care and detail put into the dining options and the food is exclusive to Walt Disney World. This makes us extremely excited to get back and experience some of our favorite meals and snacks that we can only get and associate with a magical Disney vacation. It is part of the immersive experience of Disney World where you enjoy a true one-of-a-kind experience.

3. The Cast Members

You can’t have a Disney vacation without the amazing cast members that make it happen, and you wouldn’t want to. The cast members are an integral part of making the magic happen, adding to it and customizing the experience to your family. These cast members receive extensive training and are held to the highest of guest service standards. Many are big time Disney fans in their own right and completely love what they do. They get satisfaction from seeing guests happy and want to do right by the guests. We are so appreciative of them and glad that they are such a key part of our Disney vacations.

2. The Extras

Disney is a master at details. Imagineers place hidden Mickeys and other Easter eggs all over Disney property in every attraction, window, street, wall, etc. Everything that Disney does is intentional and with purpose. This allows you to see and experience different things each time, especially if you are paying attention and taking it all in. Not only that, they go above and beyond to provide opportunities to make moments even more special. There are even planned magical moments to select families for different experiences, streetmosphere that interact with guests and aid in the theme of Main Street in Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Boulevard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. These little extras make a huge difference in adding to the magic and creating experiences unlike what could be experienced anywhere else.

1. The Magic

Magic is everywhere at Walt Disney World. It’s the feeling when you see the castle for the first time, that first hug from Mickey, the cast member who greets your son as a prince, the look on your child’s face the first time that they experience an attraction… you just can’t get enough of it. This magic is endless at Walt Disney World, and Disney works hard to see to that. No matter how many times we have been (and we have been MANY) we still experience new magical moments and experiences that we will cherish for years to come. We all want to create lasting, treasured memories with our family and every second at Disney World is just that for our family.
