6 Most Beautiful Sights At Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom

When many guests picture a Walt Disney World vacation, the immediately conjure up images of the Magic Kingdom. The park opened with the Walt Disney World Resort in 1971 and has been amazing guests ever since with wonderful attractions, entertainment, dining, and shopping in lands which are intricately themed to transport guests to different worlds. Guests who spend time in the Magic Kingdom can enjoy a thrilling ride through the Wild West, interacting with ghosts, sailing with pirates, cruising around the world, meeting the Disney Princess, flying over Neverland with Peter Pan, and blasting off into space. With so many amazing things to experience, it is no wonder why guests love to spend so much time in the Magic Kingdom. While the entire park is considered beautiful by guests, there are certain views and experiences which are so beautiful that they simply can’t be missed on a day in the park. 6. Cinderella Castle —

When most guests picture the Magic Kingdom, they immediately think of the beautiful Cinderella Castle. The structure is the icon of the park and can be found in the hub at the end of Main Street. Cinderella Castle features beautiful stonework, soaring turrets, and gold accents which are fit for royalty. Guests who visit the Magic Kingdom can enjoy views of Cinderella Castle from throughout the park, however the most beautiful view can be found in the center of the hub where the structure can be seen in all of its glory.

5. View From the Swiss Family Treehouse —

Guests who spend time in Adventureland in the Magic Kingdom should take a few moments to experience the Swiss Family Treehouse. The attraction has guests climb to the top of a massive tree to see how the Robinson family crafted a comfortable home for themselves after being shipwrecked on a tropical island. While guests can check out different rooms of the family’s home, the most beautiful thing to enjoy from the experience is a sweeping view of the Magic Kingdom. Guests who pause for a few moments at the very top of the Swiss Family Treehouse can enjoy a wonderful view of the park below including Cinderella Castle, Space Mountain, and even Disney’s Contemporary Resort in the distance.

A popular attraction in the Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland allows guests to strap into rockets and take off for an out of this world adventure. The Astro Orbiter can be found towering above the land and features rockets which guests can soar around in surrounded by galactic planets. Those who are brave enough to experience the tall attraction can enjoy beautiful views of the land and park that can’t be experienced elsewhere.

3. The Final Room on It’s A Small World —

One of the most classic attractions in all of Walt Disney World can be found in the Magic Kingdom’s Fantasyland. It’s A Small World invites guests on the happiest cruise that ever sailed on an attraction that features huge rooms filled with iconic structures from around the world and singing dolls. While each room featured on It’s A Small World has beautiful details, the final room of the attraction is sure to take guests’ breaths away. Just before entering back into the loading area, guests pass through the final massive room which features the dolls from around the world all clad in white outfits to symbolize a united global community.

2. Flying Over London on Peter Pan’s Flight —

Another classic attraction in the Magic Kingdom’s Fantasyland brings guests directly into a classic Disney animated film. Peter Pan’s Flight is one of the most popular attractions in Walt Disney World as it allows guests to take to the skies and soar with Peter Pan and the Darling children. While the entire attraction features familiar scenes, the most beautiful moment comes when guests first take to the skies and soar high over the nighttime streets of London complete with bustling traffic and iconic buildings like Big Ben.

1. Finale of Happily Ever After —

Featured each night in the Magic Kingdom is a fireworks show which is sure to awe guests. Happily Ever After lights up the sky over Cinderella Castle with beautiful fireworks set to Disney music accompanied. The show provides beautiful views to enjoy both projected on the Castle and in the sky. The entirety of Happily Ever After is wonderful, but the most beautiful sight comes with the finale when the music reaches a climax and a final massive burst of fireworks light up the sky high above. No day in the Magic Kingdom is complete without enjoying the beautiful Happily Ever After!
