7. Dressing Up –
On select nights each fall the Magic Kingdom is host to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party where the park is transformed into a Halloween delight. Guests can enjoy exclusive parades, live shows, and character meet and greets and can have a spooky time all around. One of the best parts of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is spending time people watching and enjoying the amazing costumes that other guests have come up with. Disney insiders know that dressing up and getting into the spirit of the holiday is one of the best ways to celebrate at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.
6. Happy HalloWishes –
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party also features an exclusive fireworks show which lights up the sky high over Cinderella Castle. Happy HalloWishes is hosted by the disembodied Ghost Host from the nearby Haunted Mansion and features classic Disney villains and Disney music. Guests are invited to participate in the Scream Along and light up the Magic Kingdom with the sounds of Halloween. Disney insiders know that the best viewing spots for Happy HalloWishes are on Main Street and they line up at least an hour before the show to get a great viewing spot.
5. Real Snow –
On special nights during the Christmas season the Magic Kingdom hosts Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party which celebrates the spirit of the season by filling the park with holiday cheer. Guests who enjoy the party can watch two different showings of Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade which features beloved Disney characters, gingerbread men, marching soldiers, and a special ride by Santa in his sleigh. Disney insiders especially love the finale of the parade as real snow suddenly begins falling on Main Street.
4. Holiday Wishes: Celebrate the Spirit of the Season –
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party also features an exclusive fireworks display which brings the cheer of the holiday season to life high above Cinderella Castle. Guests can enjoy a narration by Jiminy Cricket along with beautiful firework bursts set to classic Christmas music and watch special perimeter bursts which make them feel truly surrounded by fireworks.

3. International Marketplaces –
Guests who visit Walt Disney World during the fall months can enjoy the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. The festival allows guests to sample cuisine and drinks from all over the world and celebrates the wonders of food. Guests who visit Epcot can enjoy stopping by over thirty international marketplaces which each offer up several food and drink options from the area of the world that they are representing. Served in tasting portions, guests who dine at the international marketplaces don’t have to spend a ton of money to be able to try lots of different foods from around the world.

During the spring months, guests who visit Epcot can enjoy the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival which celebrates the beauty of nature and all things fauna. The park is decked out in thousands of beautiful vibrant colors, and guests especially love wandering through different areas to enjoy the intricate topiaries placed all over. With over thirty topiaries that look remarkable like characters including Buzz Lightyear, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Lady and the Tramp, Disney insiders especially love visiting Epcot during the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.

Guests who visit the Magic Kingdom during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party can enjoy a special live show featuring the Fairy Godmother who uses her special magic to help light up the castle with holiday cheer. The Castle Dream Lights make Cinderella Castle look as though it is dripping in thousands of twinkling icicles and guests will definitely feel the holiday spirit once they are turned on by the Fairy Godmother!
