7. Beignets

Guests who visit Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter can enjoy a special treat exclusively found at Scat Cat’s Club Cafe. Guests who visit the location can order up either three or six beignets which are fluffy pockets of fried dough smothered in powdered sugar. Originally made famous at Café du Monde in New Orleans’ French Quarter, it is fitting that they can be found at this resort and there is no better way to end a long day in the parks than by indulging in them!

A decadent snack that combines both cooling ice cream and gooey fresh baked cookies can be found in the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor in the Magic Kingdom. While this snack is massive and definitely big enough to share, no guest will want to!

5. Popcorn On Main Street

No snack is as iconic as freshly popped popcorn on Main Street. Disney insiders know that the smell always greets them to the park and that the best place to enjoy popcorn is on the curb on Main Street waiting for the parade and gazing at Cinderella Castle. Guests can even order their popcorn in souvenir buckets that change throughout the year to include special ones for holidays and hard ticket holiday events like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

4. Dole Whip

One of the most beloved snacks in all of Walt Disney World can be found both at the Sunshine Terrace in the Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland and two Disney Resorts – Polynesian Village Resort and Pop Century Resort. You can also find different Dole Whip versions at Animal Kingdom… even alcoholic ones!

Disney insiders who love having candy as a snack absolutely must visit The Confectionary on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. The store sells candy of every variation including chocolate, rice krispie treats, gummies, chocolate covered pretzels, and cookies. About Caitlin Kane

Caitlin Kane first started visiting Walt Disney World when she was two years old, and despite spending most of that trip quarantined with the chicken pox she managed to fall in love with the place. Visiting WDW every year since, she especially loves learning all about the history and small details of the parks and eating/drinking her way through the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival each fall. When she's not in Disney, Caitlin lives in New York and spends her time counting down the days to her next trip.
