A Walt Disney World vacation can end up being very costly for guests, especially those who travel during peak seasons of the year such as summer and holidays. Thankfully, Disney releases special offers and deals throughout each year that allow guests to enjoy certain perks and discounts that can make a vacation more manageable. One such offer is the Disney Dining Plan which allows guests to choose various tiers of dining to be included in the price of their vacation and this plan is sometimes even offered for free as a promotion. Some Disney Dining Plans allow guests to enjoy only quick service dining locations, however those looking to get the most for their money are better off opting to enjoy a Disney Dining Plan that allows them credits to use at full service restaurants throughout Walt Disney World. While some of the higher en restaurants and signature dining experiences use two Disney Dining Plan credits per meal, there are plenty of wonderful locations that only use one credit per meal making them popular choices of guests. 1. Tusker House Restaurant

Disney’s Animal Kingdom is home to many different amazing dining options including one full service location in the Africa section of the park that serves up a hearty meal for only one Disney Dining Plan credit. Tusker House Restaurant invites guests to dine on a delicious buffet infused with classic options as well as African flavors for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While enjoying their meals, guests can also meet Mickey, Goofy, Donald, and Daisy all wearing their safari gear. The buffet at Tusker House Restaurant includes options such as Beef Bobotie, Simba Waffles, Banana Bread Pudding, Peri Peri Whole Salmon, Roasted Pork, Spit-Roasted Chicken, Curries, Vegetable Salad, and much more making it definitely worth only one dining credit.

2. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ can be found in The Landing area of Disney Springs and is open for brunch on the weekends and lunch and dinner each day. 3. Teppan Edo

Each pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase is home to at least one full service dining location, making it difficult for guests to decide where to use their Disney Dining Plan credits. However, there is one location in the Japan Pavilion that is so popular with guests that it is definitely worth a visit. Teppan Edo seats guests with others at large tales that are centered around a grill where chefs freshly prepare Teppan-yaki-style meals with a flair for entertainment.
