One thing there is no shortage of at Disney World is food. There are snacks and treats around every corner, and for most of us, choosing just one of the delicious things to eat can be a challenge. That said, for those with young children, there is a different challenge: finding something they are willing to eat, as well as foods that will keep them full and happy without making an enormous mess. Many parents choose to bring in their own snacks to avoid this issue. This is great, but some parents prefer to run out the door without doing too much prep. We totally understand this. After all, you are on vacation. Lucky for you, it’s totally possible to find good, kid-friendly snacks in the parks. Here are 9 of our favorites.

1. Power Packs

Power Packs can be found in many of the quick-service restaurants across the resort, and we think they are the perfect snack for kids. They include a fruit and veggie, as well as some sort of protein, and can be eaten slowly throughout the day. We love that they’re healthy yet fun for little ones to eat.

2. Popcorn

Looking for a snack that is both easy to find and relatively easy on the budget? Popcorn might be just the thing. By purchasing a popcorn bucket at the beginning of your trip, you’ll be entitled to $2 refills for the rest of your vacation—and a popcorn stand is never far away in Disney World!

3. Churro Bites

The ideal theme park snack, churros are all over the place in the Disney parks. That said, these sugary treats are pretty messy, especially when handed to a toddler or preschooler. For this reason, we recommend heading to the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase for some churro bites. These yummy snacks are smaller than their traditional churro counterparts but are just as delicious.

4. Dole Whip

No Disney trip is complete without Dole Whip, and this is a snack we recommend for the whole family. We will admit that this particular treat is neither healthy nor easy to eat, but it is so good that we think everyone deserves to enjoy a serving. Want to prevent messes? We recommend asking for an empty cup and putting a small amount in the extra container for your youngest Disney-goer.

5. Mickey Mouse Kids Cone

Want a frozen treat but don’t want the enormous portion size of the Dole Whip? The Mickey Mouse Kids Cone at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom is the perfect size for kids. Besides, the adorable Mickey ears that are included on top make it even more magical to eat. Ask for a cup if you’re afraid your little one can’t handle a cone.

6. Mickey Mouse Pretzel

Fun, tasty, filling, and easy to eat, the Mickey Mouse Pretzel is a Disney World staple that can be found in multiple places around the parks. We love this option for kids because it satisfies their hunger between meals and is big enough to be split between two kids. It also probably won’t make a mess unless you break out the cheese sauce or mustard.

7. Uncrustables

Want to get some protein into your kids without a fight? PB&J is always a great go-to, and the Uncrustables available in the parks are the most fun version of PB&J we’ve ever seen. We also love how easy they are to carry around. Grab one or two for when those hungry moments set in, and you’ll be ready to wait for the parade or stand in those long queues.

8. Prepackaged Crackers and Cookies

Other ideas for snacks that are easy to stick in a bag and keep for later are the prepackaged crackers and cookies found in most of the gift shops on property. There are small cheese crackers shaped like Mickey, character-themed graham cookies, and more. Pick up a few boxes to go along with those Uncrustables and you’ll definitely have happy kids throughout the day.

9. Macaroons

Last but not least, we must mention the macaroons found in the France Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase. These colorful little cookies are just as fun to look at as they are to eat. Best of all, they are the perfect size for little hands, and because they come in a pack, some can be saved for later.
