Disneyland Resort has just announced a new ticket discount, but there’s a catch: it’s available only to certain guests. For those lucky enough to receive the exclusive offer, the deal provides substantial savings on theme park tickets, but as with many of Disney’s promotions, eligibility is limited.
On Tuesday, Disneyland Resort sent out an email marketing offer to a select group of subscribers, offering discounted theme park tickets with an optional Lightning Lane Multi Pass add-on. The discount is valid for visits between September 10 and December 12, 2025, and includes Park Hopper tickets, allowing guests to visit both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park in one day. The offer provides significant savings, with one-day tickets priced at $139, two-day tickets at $259, and three-day tickets at $359, offering guests between $140 and $155 in savings depending on the ticket type.

But the deal isn’t available to just anyone. Guests who received the targeted email must click through to the “Disneyland Resort Special Offer Ticket Store” to access the deal. There, they will be prompted to enter a unique PIN from the bottom of the email. Each PIN is limited to three transactions, with a maximum of five tickets per transaction, so guests can purchase up to 15 discounted tickets per PIN.
Unfortunately, the offer is only available to a select group of Disneyland Resort fans, leaving many wondering what determines eligibility. While Disney has been known to offer personalized discounts in the past, they’re usually targeted to specific groups like Disney+ subscribers, Anaheim residents, and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members.

Theme park journalist Scott Gustin (@ScottGustin) shared images of the email offer on X (formerly Twitter), showing off the details of the exclusive deal:
Disneyland Resort is emailing a targeted special offer that includes a required PIN code for a ticket deal valid Sept. 10 through Dec. 12. You must have a valid PIN code to purchase.
1-Day Hopper: $139
2-Day Hopper: $259
3-Day Hopper: $359
It’s still unclear whether Disneyland Resort will expand this offer to more subscribers in the future, or if this will remain an exclusive deal for select guests.
