Fans of hockey may be a little preoccupied this week with the Stanley Cup playoffs underway, but if there is some time to get away to Walt Disney World, it may be well worth the trip for the hockey fan! The Stanley Cup will soon be making its wait to Disney Springs for an exclusive photo opportunity Guests are invited to explore.

Disney Springs took to social media earlier this week to share the news that the NHL championship trophy will be on display for Guest photo ops this week, on Wednesday, May 25, and Thursday, May 26, 2022.
Guests visiting Disney Springs are invited to stop by Town Center where they will find the Stanley Cup next to Pandora Jewelry from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM on both days.

With the 2022 Stanley Cup playoffs now underway, hockey fans may be wondering where they can catch a game during a Walt Disney World vacation. While your hotel room is always an option, there are much more exciting locations where you can watch the playoffs around the Walt Disney World Resort.
The ESPN Club at Disney’s Boardwalk was a favorite restaurant for Guests to take in sporting events, but with this location remaining closed (until it is converted into the new Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers next year) Guests at the Boardwalk can now watch the playoffs at the Big River Grille and Brewing Works.
At Disney Springs, Splitsville is a popular spot to catch a game on the screens around the bar, especially after a round or two of bowling or billiards.

And, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Rix Sports Bar and Grill is, as its name suggests, a traditional sports bar with some seriously underrated eats, perfect for watching an NHL playoff game during your next Disney trip.
