A former Disney cast member recently shared one of the most disgusting things they witnessed while working on the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad roller coaster.

In response to a question about the grossest thing guests witnessed at a theme park, X (formerly Twitter) user Mike Bounds revealed a stomach-turning incident they saw while working as a Disney cast member on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

“Working at Big Thunder, a guest vomited in the first seat of the last car,” Bounds recalled. “[Cast member] poured a bag of VOBAN on it, loaded the last two seats and dispatched the train. When the train came back, those four guests in the last two seats were covered in flecks of VOBAN!”

VOBAN is an absorbent powder that custodial cast members use to deodorize and solidify bodily fluid spills, particularly vomit, at Disney parks. After leaving VOBAN to set, Disney cast members can more effectively clean up biohazards left by guests.

The former Disney cast member didn’t specify whether the incident occurred on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Disneyland Park at Disneyland Resort or Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort.

Days ago, Disney Tips reported another disturbing incident at Disneyland Resort. A former Monorail cast member shared that they witnessed a grandmother allow a young child to urinate on dozens of other Disney Park guests’ strollers. When a stranger confronted the child, they urinated on her.

Notify the nearest Disney cast member of any unsanitary or unsafe behavior at Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort. Every cast member can quickly page custodial, security, or another necessary team to handle any issues at Disney parks efficiently.

What’s the most unusual thing you’ve witnessed at Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park? Share it with Disney Tips in the comments.
