For example, Disney’s California Grill celebrates “the flavors of the Pacific Coast” through an array of hand-selected California wines, with flavors and seasonal ingredients inspired by the Golden State’s “international melting pot.” The fine dining experience provides beautiful vista views of the Seven Seas Lagoon and panoramic sights of Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle, plus Florida’s tranquil woodland.
Moreover, the restaurant boasts a “lively onstage kitchen” in which Guests can watch skilled chefs combine innovation, taste, and haute cuisine to provide global dishes with a Californian flair. Excitingly, diners access the space by taking a private elevator within the Contemporary Resort up to the 15th floor, where California Grill awaits.

Now through March 31, 2023, California Grill is proud to offer a special menu in honor of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration. Beginning April 1, 2023, California Grill will offer a 3-course selection menu featuring contemporary, market-inspired cuisine.
