Disney Tips Your Guide To A Great Disney Vacation
Disney Jollywood Nights is returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios later this year, and guests planning to attend now have another important date to mark on their calendars.
The separately ticketed holiday event already requires some advance planning, especially for guests hoping to experience everything packed into its five-hour schedule. Now, Disney has confirmed that reservations are about to open for one of the party’s more limited experiences.
And with space limited, this could become one of those reservations guests won’t want to wait around to book.
Disney Sets a September Reservation Date
Reservations for Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby will open on September 17, 2026.
The experience returns as part of Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Unlike simply walking into one of the party’s entertainment areas, guests are encouraged to make reservations ahead of time because capacity is limited.
Jazzy Holidays will be offered during select Disney Jollywood Nights dates beginning November 7, 2026, and continuing through January 5, 2027.
That means guests attending the event later this year—and even those visiting immediately after New Year’s Day—will have an opportunity to add the experience to their evening.
What Guests Can Expect Inside The Hollywood Brown Derby
Jazzy Holidays offers something considerably different from most of the entertainment happening around Disney’s Hollywood Studios during the party.
Instead of another large show or outdoor entertainment area, guests can step inside The Hollywood Brown Derby for a more relaxed holiday experience.
A pianist provides live holiday music while guests can order craft cocktails and light bites from a special event-exclusive menu.
Some of the food choices include Jazzy Sliders made with bison and pork, onion jam and Gorgonzola cheese on a brioche roll. Guests can also choose Chorizo Arancini with shaved Parmesan and Salmorejo tomato sauce.
Other options include Pork Belly Bao with Korean barbecue, cucumber slaw and soy vinaigrette, along with a plant-based Tofu Bao.
Disney is also offering Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori with crispy rice, passion fruit-soy marinated chicken, cilantro aïoli and watermelon radish.
For guests interested in cocktails, one of the announced drinks is a Cranberry-Jalapeño Margarita made with Flecha Azul Reposado Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, lime juice and a house-made cranberry-jalapeño simple syrup.
Disney could reveal additional menu information as the holiday season gets closer.
There Is an Important Catch With the Reservation
Getting a Jazzy Holidays reservation doesn’t get you into Disney Jollywood Nights.
Guests must separately purchase a valid Disney Jollywood Nights ticket for the same evening. The dining reservation and party admission are two different things.
Food and drinks also aren’t included with the price of a Jollywood Nights ticket. Guests will pay for anything they order during Jazzy Holidays.
There is another dining change worth knowing before making plans.
During Jazzy Holidays, The Hollywood Brown Derby will only serve its event-exclusive menu. Guests shouldn’t expect to sit down and order from the restaurant’s normal dinner menu while participating in the experience.
That makes Jazzy Holidays more of a specialty lounge-style stop during the party rather than a traditional Hollywood Brown Derby dinner.
Jollywood Nights Is Getting a Longer Run
The event begins November 7 and continues through January 5, marking the first time Jollywood Nights has stretched into January.
Party dates are scheduled for November 7, 14, 16, 21, 23 and 28; December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21 and 23; and January 3 and 5.
Each event runs from 7:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m., although ticket holders can enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Tickets range from $169 to $199 per person, plus tax, depending on the date. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket across all event nights.
Disney Is Packing Plenty Into Five Hours
Jazzy Holidays is only one piece of the larger event.
Jollywood Nights includes specialty food and drinks, character appearances, holiday entertainment and access to several attractions with potentially lower wait times.
Returning entertainment includes Disney Holidays in Hollywood, hosted by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, as well as What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) Sing-Along.
Guests can also catch the Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club, Pixar Disco and Glisten! during the evening.
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! also returns, bringing fireworks, projections, lasers, lights and holiday music back to the Chinese Theater.
Meanwhile, the attraction lineup includes Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
With all of that packed into a five-hour event, making a reservation at The Hollywood Brown Derby becomes an interesting decision. Jazzy Holidays provides a chance to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere, but it also takes away time that could otherwise go toward rides, shows and character experiences.
