Before the new reservation rules take effect at Magic Kingdom Park, Walt Disney World Resort is giving Annual Passholders a final perk to enjoy. Starting July 20, 2025, the long-awaited Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away nighttime parade will usher in a new era for the park, with strict Park Pass reservations now required for Annual Passholders at all times. But before these changes kick in, Disney is offering one last exclusive treat for its most loyal guests.
As the debut of Disney Starlight draws near, the introduction of strict reservation rules means that Annual Passholders will no longer have the flexibility they’ve enjoyed in the past. Previously, Passholders could visit Magic Kingdom after 2:00 p.m. without a reservation most days or during select “good-to-go days.” However, starting July 20, 2025, all visits will require advance Park Pass reservations.

Walt Disney World Resort has announced a limited-time, Annual Passholder-exclusive photo-op, giving guests the chance to pose with Maleficent’s iconic golden staff, complete with Diablo, her pet raven, digitally perched on top. This special photo-op is located in Fantasyland on one of the Cinderella Castle walls near Pinocchio Village Haus. It’s available daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., but remember, the experience is only available until July 31, so make sure to visit before the offer expires.
