Next is the Salmon with Orzo, a seared salmon served between a Pomodroccio tapenade and lemon orzo.

After that is the Mushroom Arancini, made with mushroom, risotto, cheese, and truffle. These delectably deep-fried rice balls are served with a house-made marinara sauce.

If you still have room for dessert, you’ll delight in trying the last of Bar Riva’s new dishes, the Molten Chocolate Cake. It’s warm, gooey, and chocolatey on the inside and is topped with raspberry sauce, powdered sugar, and refreshing raspberries.
