Walt Disney World Resort is welcoming Guests as it celebrates 50 years of magic-making with “The World’s Most Magical Celebration!” New and returning experiences have arrived at the Parks, and crowds are arriving to enjoy the festivities.
Gone are the days of the “Extra Magic Hour“. That said, as part of its celebration, Disney is offering Resort Guests the opportunity to enjoy each of its four theme parks including Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom 30-minutes early access prior to non-Disney Resort Guests. The new perk is called “Early Theme Park Entry“.
This perk is available every day at every Disney Park. You’ll need to be staying at a Disney Resort… OR stay at one of the participating hotels that are also receiving the perk. Now, Disney has added a new local hotel to the list of those that are receiving this perk.
The newest addition to the Early Entry list is Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando. The new hotel is located in the Disney Springs area and is listed as, “An Official Walt Disney World Hotel, the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando – Disney Springs Area is located just half a mile from Disney Springs and offers complimentary shuttle service to all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Enjoy our free hot breakfast, 5:30 Kickback with evening snacks and cold beverages, free Wi-Fi throughout, several on-site dining options, a resort style pool and an arcade.”
While currently, the Drury Plaza is not open, it is accepting reservations for its grand opening on October 27, 2022, and beyond.
