First Look at NEW ‘Encanto’ Addition Coming to EPCOT

Have you been hoping to see more of Encanto (2021) at Walt Disney World? You may be in luck as a new addition is coming soon to EPCOT!

Disney World has been slowly adding more nods from the film to the theme parks, especially in the Magic Kingdom which recently saw new Encanto features arrive at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. This Disney Park is also the only place to see Mirabel Madrigal at Walt Disney World as she is part of the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade which makes its way down the Park’s parade route daily.

Characters from Encanto will be featured in some of the new topiaries at this year’s EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. This fan-favorite seasonal event kicks off this week on March 1 and runs through July 5, 2023, bringing with it Disney character topiaries, unique gardens, the Garden Rocks live music series, exclusive merchandise, outdoor kitchens and more.

The Disney Parks Blog just shared a first look at the new topiaries that are currently being prepared for this year’s event, featuring the Madrigal sisters, Mirabel, Isabela, and Luisa. The Encanto Flower & Garden Festival topiaries will be joined by a new topiary of Princess Tiana from The Princess and the Frog (2009), which is also debuting for the first time at this year’s event.
