The charm of World Showcase in EPCOT lies in the fact that you can browse the world’s countries to learn, eat, play, and drink in different cultures. This fun Disney Park has plenty of delicious spots to enjoy wine, beer, and cocktails. But where should you go if you are looking to enjoy a pint in a traditional pub? Head to the United Kingdom Pavilion to enjoy a pint at this EPCOT spot!

Depending on which direction you tend to tour World Showcase, you’ll either come to the United Kingdom second or second to last. Sandwiched between Canada and France, you’ll find the United Kingdom Pavilion, where you can meet iconic Disney characters like Mary Poppins, Alice, and the Mad Hatter.

You can browse shops with excellent Engish merchandise and groove to music like a Beatles cover band. Whether you “do” World Showcase from Canada to Mexico or Mexico Canada, you will have the time of your life during your stop in the United Kingdom.

The Rose & Crown Pub is a must-visit for those looking to enjoy a pint and the great music of an authentic pub experience in the heart of central Florida. This Walt Disney World dining spot is one of the coziest in Walt Disney World Resort. It even has an adjoining restaurant Rose & Crown Dining Room, that you should visit to enjoy staples like cottage pie, bangers and mash, and sticky toffee pudding. For today, we are sticking to the drinks and fun of the Rose & Crown Pub.

If you want to snag a drink to enjoy outside on the shores of world Showcase Lagoon, you can go to the UK Beer Cart to purchase a craft beer. My pro tip for Disney Parks Guests looking to snag a taste of England is to split and have one person buy the brews from the UK Beer Cart while another person queues at Yorkshire County Fish Shop to buy Fish and Chips.

The UK Beer Cart is run by Rose & Crown and offers a streamlined menu with Harp Lager Draft, Bombardier Amber Draft, and Magners Pear Cider. If you are ready to break from the bustle of the Park and relax in the pub, head inside the Rose & Crown Pub. If you hear music, you are in for a treat, one for the treasures of  Walt Disney World Resort, musician Carol Stein keeps Guests laughing and singing with her musical repertoire and rapport. Carol makes Rose & Crown Guests feel like family.

When you are ready to order, belly up to the bar to order from a beer menu with options like a Golden Imperial Pint, Shandy Imperial Pint, or a tasting selection of beers. Return Guests love Rose & Crown thanks to the delicious Pub Beer Blends. The Half & Half Imperial Pint is made from a blend of Half Harp Lager and Half Guinness Stout. The Bombardier & Guinness Imperial Pint is made with Half Bombardier Amber and Half Guinness Stout. Both are popular menu choices.

The Cider & Blackcurrant Imperial Pint, Snake Bite Imperial Pint, Black Velvet Imperial Pint, Golden Fox Imperial Pint, and the Bumblebee Imperial Pint are other pub blend options to choose from. All these drinks come in at around $10.50.

A flight is an excellent choice if you are looking for smaller menu tastes. Choose from an Irish Whiskey Flight of Tullamore Dew, Jameson, and Bushmills or a Single Malt Flight of Glenkinchie, Oban, and Lagavulin. The Johnnie Walker Flight is a popular choice with scotch whiskey blends.

If you are steering away from beer and are looking for a wine or cocktail option, you gave good choices at this spot. If you are craving bubbles, try the Maschio Prosecco, Veneto. The flinty flavored Dr. Loosen, Dr. L. Riesling from the Mosel Region of Germany, is a tasty choice. Other options include a Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, Parker Station Pinot Noir, and Simi Cabernet Sauvignon, all California wines. The Opici Family Red Sangria is my favorite on this menu section.

The fun cocktails section of the menu has options like the Magical Beacon Cocktail made with Empress 1908 Gin, Bols Blue Curaçao, Minute Maid® Premium Lemonade, Orgeat (Almond), Lemon, Hibiscus Grenadine. If you are going for a simple sip, try the Primm’s Cup made with Pimm’s No. 1 and Sprite®. The Cider and Fireball, Leaping Leprechaun, and Welsh Dragon are other fun-themed cocktails that will keep your taste buds tantalized.

You will love the authentic ambiance of this staple Disney spot; from the music to the decor and drinks, you will be fooled into thinking you just stumbled into a pub in Oxford or a hole-in-the-wall spot in a London alleyway. Obviously, you have a lot to see, ride and experience during your day in EPCOT, but I would encourage you to make time for a drink at Rose & Crown Pub on your next vacation.

Pro Tip: If you want a fun pub experience without a Park ticket, head to The Landing at Disney Springs to experience the charm of an Irish Pub. Raglan Road Irish Pub is an excellent spot for a pint of Guinness or a basket of Fish & Chips!

About Katie Chapman

Hey There! I am a Georgia native with a passion for writing, traveling, cooking, decorating, pugs and of course all things Disney. Growing up in South Georgia just a few hours from Walt Disney World made for a magical childhood. Some of my best memories were made on Main Street U.S.A. with my sister watching SpectroMagic nighttime parade or beside my grandparents, parents and extended family at Chef Mickey’s celebrating on a family vacation. Epcot was my favorite park from a young age and I credit it with my interest in and love for international travel. As a kid I loved meeting characters and watching films around World Showcase and could spend hours exploring each of the countries in Epcot. These days, my husband and I get away to explore a new country whenever we can and even incorporate trips to The Disney Store and Disney Parks around the world in our travels. One of our travel goals is to visit every Disney Park in the world. I love writing about Disney restaurants, park tips, Disney outfit inspiration and Disney history. Pocahontas is my favorite Disney Princess (90s kid here!) but Mr. Toad is my spirit animal. When I’m not at Disney I’m reading about park history, watching Disney documentaries and shopping vintage Disney merch for park outfits. I never pass up a reservation to Ohana, an empty seat on Living with the Land or a Violet Sake.
