One of Disney’s major campaigns is the “Dream Big, Princess” campaign. The campaign uses some of the amazing Disney fictional heroines to inspire kids from all around the globe to dream big and go after their dreams. October 11th is International Day of the Girl by United Nations and Disney Parks are celebrating in a special way. On October 11th, guests are encourages to Disney bound to the parks in outfits that are inspired by their favorite female Disney characters. Of course, the outfits have to adhere to the costume guidelines for the park. This will be taking place at Walt Disney World as well as the other Disney Parks around the globe.

Disney bounding doesn’t have to be a full costume, it can be colors, accessories, etc. that remind you of your favorite characters. Here are some examples below:

From October 1oth – November 20th, 2018, you can share a video or photo with #DreamBigPrincess on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and Disney Worldwide Service will donate $1 (US) to Girl Up, the United Nations Foundation’s program to support girls’ leadership and empowerment.
