Mickey and Minnie Rebranded: Disney Makes Bold Internal Shake-up

Disneyland Resort has unveiled a sparkling new look for Mickey and Minnie Mouse, just in time for the 2025 holiday season. The beloved duo will debut festive outfits with a “holiday spin” on their 70th Anniversary attire when the Holidays at Disneyland Resort kicks off on November 14, 2025. The seasonal celebration runs through January 7, 2026.

A Whole New Look

Mickey and Minnie’s updated ensembles incorporate rich reds, greens, and golds, reflecting the warmth and joy of the season. Minnie dons a red and gold fitted coat with a multitiered skirt, complemented by cranberry tights adorned with gold stripes and a multicolored bow. Her ensemble is completed with a small jacket featuring a jeweled diamond clasp. Mickey sports a red and green striped coat with gold accents, paired with a green vest and maroon pants, topped off with a festive Mickey Santa hat.

These new outfits are part of Disneyland’s ongoing 70th Anniversary celebration, themed “Celebrate Happy!” The resort has introduced a variety of new attractions, parades, shows, merchandise, and themed decorations throughout the parks. Highlights include the “Celebrate Happy Cavalcade” on Main Street, showcasing classic characters like Mickey and Minnie in their new thematic costumes, and the “Tapestry of Happiness,” a five-minute projection show at the “it’s a small world” ride, paying tribute to Disneyland’s legacy.
