Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is back at the Walt Disney World Resort for the first time since 2019, and with the event itself comes exclusive entertainment, snacks, photo ops, and of course, merchandise.
Merchandise has been known to make Guests feel a little on edge while trying to pick up specific Disney souvenirs (especially limited edition items or collectibles.) The feeling of searching for highly sought-after Disney World merchandise can be even more stressful when resellers are added into the mix.
For Guests at recent Halloween party events in the Magic Kingdom, the search for favorite pieces of merchandise has been made quite challenging due to crowds rushing for the same limited items, but there is one way dealing with this level of chaos could be avoided.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party does come with some event-specific merchandise, often including pins, T-shirts, spirit jerseys, and specific items for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders, along with popcorn buckets available at carts in the Park.

As Jason points out in the caption to this video, the majority of the merchandise available at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be there at the end of the night, so Guests do not need to fight the crowds to score some of their favorite items earlier in the evening.
While it is possible that a select few items will sell out, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party merchandise is not among the more difficult items to purchase at Walt Disney World. And, since multiple locations sell the same items, you do not need to crowd into the Emporium to get your hands on the latest pieces as they may also be available in other stores around the Park.
At the beginning of the 50th-anniversary celebration of Walt Disney World, we saw resellers scrambling to purchase a number of specialty items from these same shops. Even though the items ended up on eBay, Disney restocked quickly and many of those items are still available to purchase at the Magic Kingdom today.

If you want to play it extra safe, you can always brave the crowds early at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, but to avoid them, we recommend saving shopping (and trick-or-treating due to the lines) for the end of the night!
Disney’s description of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party notes the following experiences:
- Set your sights on the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular! Watch 3 sinister sisters bewitch and bedazzle the residents of Magic Kingdom park.
- Witness Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular—a wickedly wild fireworks display featuring some of your favorite Disney Characters and hosted by Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
- Boogie down at the Disney Junior Jam at Storybook Circus—featuring some favorite friends from Disney Junior shows. It’s perfect for young partygoers!
- See some beloved Disney Characters during Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade.
- Collect a bag full of candy as you roam the trick-or-treat trails in search of some of your favorite sweets.
- Revel in the extraordinarily enchanting atmosphere of Magic Kingdom park during this limited-capacity event.
