SOLD OUT! Walt Disney World’s Popular Seasonal Event Is Officially Out of Tickets

Fall at Walt Disney World is packed with special events all around each of the Parks and Resorts. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is underway (followed by the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays) and Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining runs through October 2, 2022.

One of the most beloved special events during fall at Walt Disney World is Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which returned this year for the first time since 2019. This special event features all of the classic experiences Guests love from years past like Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, and more.

Halloween Party Tips

With the Magic Kingdom running without this exciting event for the past two fall seasons, there has been a lot of pent-up demand for the return of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Dates for party nights in the Magic Kingdom sold out earlier than ever, with same-day tickets being available to Guests in the Park rarely if at all throughout the season.

As of this morning, all remaining dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party have officially sold out. If you were hoping to attend this year’s event but now find yourself without tickets though, we’ve got some tips that just might help you out…

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

We can’t guarantee it, but in years past we have seen same-day tickets become available after a night of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party was previously listed as sold out. This might not be a huge help if you have limited party dates scheduled during your upcoming Disney World vacation, but it is something to keep in mind (but also to not get your hopes up…)

Otherwise, we recommend checking out some of the other spooky-season exclusive events around Walt Disney World. In Disney Springs, there is a brand new Hocus Pocus-inspired DOLE Whip flight that we can’t wait to try, and some of the Halloween snacks in the Magic Kingdom are available during daytime hours, too.

One of the best parts of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Fireworks Spectacular, and like the Magic Kingdom’s regular run of Disney Enchantment, these fireworks can be seen from outside of the Park. If you are able to spend time on the beaches around Magic Kingdom Resorts, or even dining at California Grill (or ‘Ohana for a limited view) you can still take in this piece of the party from outside the Park.

Lastly, we have to share a related tip for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, which is also returning to the Magic Kingdom for the first time since 2019. Tickets for this event are also expected to sell out quickly, especially given the news from Disney’s Halloween event. If you are planning on attending the Magic Kingdom’s next seasonal after-hours party, tickets are on sale now and we recommend ordering yours as soon as possible.
