Guests will be able to experience a sharable Izakaya-style meal with friends and family through a variety of seasonal flavors.

Each month will bring a new celebration to the table such as hanging tanzaku to celebrate Tanabata in July to moon-viewing dumplings in September. One bite at a time, Guests will be guided through each unique festival experience by a Japan cultural representative.

The restaurant will also celebrate Japan art and atmosphere with beautiful, hand painted artwork and lanterns highlighting the countries’ natural wonders.

The Menu

The menu will include Japanese staples such as sushi and teppan items and also offer stunning views of the World Showcase Lagoon and the evening nighttime show.

A sushi bar provides Guests the opportunity to watch Sushi be made right in front of their eyes.

Menu items will include Kobore Sushi (overflowing Sushi), Tokyo Negi Roll, Funamori, and The Monster Roll.

Dishes from the world of Japanese Izakaya will also be available in a casual pub-style environment. A standard Izakaya menu features a variety of small dishes from savory items such as Karaage Chicken to succulent Salmon Misoyaki, and refreshing Tomato Salad with Avocado.

Another noteworthy offering at Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya is Okonomiyaki, a savory pancake-like dish filled with shredded cabbage and bacon, and topped with tangy okonomiyaki sauce.
