7) Hidden Mickeys
Hardcore Disney fans get super excited when they are able to find as many Hidden Mickeys as they can. When you leave Walt Disney World you will still find yourself looking for them. You’ll even see things that aren’t, but do kinda look like Mickey in the most random places. A warning to all, once you start looking for Hidden Mickeys you won’t be able to stop. Your friends may think you’re obsessed, but they’re just jealous that they don’t have the Disney magic in them.

Speaking of the Disney magic, it is a real thing. There’s nothing like walking through the front gates of the Magic Kingdom and seeing Cinderella Castle staring at you. There’s so much magic that you will want to get in and you may have no idea where to start. All that you will know is that your day will be full of magical memories that will last a lifetime.
5) Mickey Shaped Everything
Everyone knows that it all started with a mouse. Mickey Mouse is a huge part of Walt Disney World and everyone loves him. Not only are there many different Mickey Mouse stuffed animals and shirts that you can buy, there are Mickey pretzels, ice creams and so much more. Mickey shaped things are literally all around you. Once you get home, you’ll miss seeing his face everywhere.
4) The Friendly Cast Members
Not everyone has what it takes to be a Disney cast member. Walt Disney World only hires the best. They have to work in some crazy conditions, yet they always have a smile on their face and are ready to help. They get joy out of knowing that they can make your Walt Disney World vacation incredible. Not every place is like that, so you’ll miss the upbeat and positive attitude of the Disney cast members when you get home.
3) International Foods
At Epcot you can eat your way around the world. You’re able to go from country to country and try different types of foods from other cultures. When you return home you’ll especially miss all the different types of food if you come during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. During that event there will be even more chances to try foods from all over the world. You won’t have a similar opportunity back home.

2) Not Having to Be an Adult
Walt Disney World is the happiest place on earth, and they don’t mean that just for the kids. Adults everywhere get just as excited when they meet Mickey Mouse for the first time. There’s no such thing as growing up at Walt Disney World, everyone can act like a kid. Most likely you won’t be able to do that at your job back home if you don’t want to get fired. At Walt Disney World, you don’t have to worry about all the things you need to get done when you are home, you can just enjoy your vacation.

At Walt Disney World your MagicBand can pretty much be used for everything. It’s your ticket, your FastPass+, your room key, and your credit card. You don’t have to keep track of everything, as long as you have your MagicBand you’re all set. Once you get home you’ll have to remember to bring all that with you, and that will make you miss how simple MagicBands truly made everything.
