10) Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular!
Echo Lake
The Indiana Jones movies are classics that everyone knows about. Now you can be a part of the action. See how some of the amazing stunts you see in movies are made. Get there early because the cast is always looking for extras, that could be you. Here’s an insider tip; the first show is usually the most crowded so try to go to the last couple of shows of the day. Usually the last show will not even fill up all the way.
9) Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano
Grand Avenue
Dine at a classy style Italian restaurant. Try one of their flatbread pizzas or maybe a pasta dish. No matter what you get, you are sure to enjoy it. Save room for dessert, Mama Melrose’s is known for their “Spaghetti & Meatball Cupcake”. Of course, it’s not really spaghetti and meatballs. As the Walt Disney World website explains it, it’s “A Chocolate Cupcake with “Spaghetti” Frosting and a Chocolate “Meatball”‘ with a Strawberry “Marinara Sauce” and White Chocolate “Cheese”.” Dining reservations can fill up fast especially during busy times of the year, so make sure to make a reservation as early as possible.
8) Star Wars Launch Bay
Animation Courtyard
Head to the Star Wars Launch Bay to check out what all the Star Wars hype is about! Browse through the shop to see the incredible movie props from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story; watch the Star Wars saga 10-minute movie in the Star Wars Launch Bay Theater; visit with Star Wars characters such as Chewbacca, Kylo Ren, and BB-8; and even enjoy a few video games while you’re at it!
7) Star Tours – The Adventures Continue
Echo Lake
This is a Star Wars fan’s dream come true. The 3D adventure will take you through the galaxy on an incredible adventure. There are six different planets and several different characters giving you a different ride each time, so make sure to ride more than once. Your adventure may take a crazy turn when a rebel spy is discovered on board.

6) The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
Sunset Boulevard
If you’re not a fan of high speed drops you may want to wait for your party outside. If you’re brave enough, step into the old haunted Hollywood Tower Hotel. This is not your typical drop ride. It takes you 13 stories up and drops you faster than the speed of gravity. Every ride sequence is different, so you don’t know what’s coming next. Just a little tip, make sure you eat after you ride, not before.
5) Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant
Commissary Lane
Have dinner and a movie at this 50’s drive in. The atmosphere is incredible here. You’ll enjoy your meal while sitting at tables that look like old fashioned cars. From pastas to burgers and much more there are many delicious options to choose from. There are even a couple of vegetarian options like the Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie and the Southwest Vegetarian Burger. Save room for dessert because they have amazing milkshakes that are a favorite of many.
4) Fantasmic!
Sunset Boulevard
Fantasmic is a great show that everyone will love. Disney does not hold back here at all. Water and fire are all a part of the show. That being said, if you sit towards the front you will get wet. Make sure to get in line early to be guaranteed a seat. There is standing room, but kids may not have a good view of the show. Sometimes there are two Fantasmic shows in one night, and if there are try and make it to the second one. It will be much less crowded.
3) Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
Sunset Boulevard
Zero to 60 in 2.8 seconds, if that’s not an adrenaline rush I don’t know what is. Just tell everyone that you’re with the band. Aerosmith will get you backstage passes and a limo to get you to the concert in time. Heads up, there are two loops and a corkscrew, plus it is all in the dark. This is a good ride to head to right when the park opens because the lines get very long later in the day.
2) Toy Story Midway Mania!
Pixar Place
This is a ride that all members of the family will love. Toy Story Midway Mania is a 4D adventure that brings out the competitive side in all of us. You will play carnival style games with help from characters from the Toy Story movies. The lines will get VERY long later in the day! Try to snag a FastPass+ for this attraction 60-days in advance for Disney Resort guests or 30-days in advance for non-resort guests.
1) Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular
Animation Courtyard
It doesn’t matter if you are a Star Wars nerd or not – Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular is the perfect way to close out a night at Hollywood Studios! Watch as the Chinese Theater turns into a huge screen for a 14-minute show full of high-definition projection surrounded by lasers, fire, incredible music and sound effects, and of course – the sky lights up with awesome fireworks! It’s an unforgettable Hollywood Studios moment!
