Walt Disney World Annual Passholders now have more freedom to visit the theme parks before August ends.
Disney has added three Good to Go Days to the Annual Passholder calendar, extending the reservation-free benefit through August 31. The latest additions offer passholders more opportunities to make spontaneous park visits without selecting a destination in advance.
However, the benefit only applies on three specific upcoming dates.

Disney Adds Three Good to Go Days
August 25, August 26, and August 31 are now officially Good to Go Days at Walt Disney World.
Annual Passholders can enter any of the four theme parks without first making a theme park reservation on those dates. The change covers Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Disney had previously designated August 2, August 3, and August 9 as Good to Go Days. With the newest additions, the resort has now offered six Good to Go Days during August 2026.
The latest update also pushes the perk to the final day of the month. That gives passholders another reservation-free opportunity over the busy Labor Day weekend.
Pass blockout dates still apply, and admission remains subject to park capacity. A Good to Go designation does not guarantee entry if a park reaches its attendance limit.
Reservations Remain Required on Most Dates
Although the additional dates give passholders more flexibility, Disney has not removed the reservation requirement for the rest of August.
August 19 through August 24 are not currently Good to Go Days. Passholders will also need reservations from August 27 through August 30.
Disney could add more dates before the month ends, but the company has not confirmed any further additions. Good to Go Days often appear on the calendar relatively close to their arrival, depending on projected attendance and availability.
Passholders should check the My Disney Experience app before traveling. The app displays Good to Go Days on the admission calendar and provides the most current information.
Guests can also visit a theme park without a reservation after 2 p.m. on most dates. That exception does not apply to Magic Kingdom on Saturdays and Sundays, when Annual Passholders still need reservations regardless of their arrival time.
Existing Reservations Are Automatically Removed
Passholders do not need to cancel an existing reservation when Disney converts a date into a Good to Go Day.
Disney automatically removes the reservation from the passholder’s allotment. The original selection may remain visible under My Plans in the My Disney Experience app, but it will no longer count toward the maximum number of reservations the passholder can hold.
That distinction matters for passholders planning several visits. Each Annual Pass tier allows guests to hold a certain number of theme park reservations at once, outside reservations connected to qualifying Disney Resort hotel stays.
Freeing one of those slots allows a passholder to reserve another date without losing the plans already attached to the newly designated Good to Go Day.

Good to Go Days Continue Giving Passholders Flexibility
Walt Disney World introduced Good to Go Days as a way to ease the reservation requirement for Annual Passholders on selected dates.
The system does not eliminate reservations entirely. Instead, Disney chooses individual days when projected attendance allows passholders to visit without committing to one park beforehand.
That makes the benefit especially useful for local passholders who may decide to visit at the last minute. They can choose a park based on weather, operating hours, attraction availability, or their plans that day.
For now, August 25, August 26, and August 31 are the final Good to Go Days listed for the month. Passholders hoping to visit on any other remaining August date should secure a reservation or plan to arrive after 2 p.m., where the afternoon entry exception applies.
