When you step foot into one of Disney’s many gorgeous theme parks and resorts, there are certain rules and regulations that you inherently agree to follow. For example, you are not allowed to bring weapons, including pepper spray, into the parks. Guests are also not allowed to bring any kind of cannabis or tobacco products into the parks, even if they have medical permission to use it.

Another big rule is that no outside alcohol is allowed in the parks. Guests are allowed to bring in things like snacks, sandwiches, and non-alcoholic drinks, as long as they are not in glass bottles or containers.
One guest found out the hard way that Disney is very strict when it comes to these rules. And they don’t appreciate guests who knowingly and blatantly try to break those rules.

Banned from Disney
TikToker Star Girl (@nessa.gado) shared a video showing her sister getting banned from Disneyland. Her sister had tried to sneak alcohol into the theme parks and was caught by security. The woman tried to sneak it in by putting cans of booze into Pringles canisters that she had emptied out.

Now, many guests have probably been able to successfully sneak alcohol into the parks, since Disney’s security screening isn’t 100% foolproof. However, it looks like this guest didn’t take one thing into account. The lids on Pringles canisters are clear — meaning all the Disney security guard had to do was look through the lid to see that there were no chips in the container.

According to the Disneyland Resort website, there is one instance when guests are allowed to bring alcohol with them to the resort:

- Alcoholic beverages, except in the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. Wine may be brought in to the Downtown Disney District to be consumed at select table service restaurants only, corkage fees apply.

We do not know how long the woman in the video has been banned. Disney will give guests trespass notices that will last for a certain amount of time. Those who break the rules in a more egregious manner may receive a lifetime ban. Guests who have been banned may appeal Disney’s decision.
