1. The Design

Wine Bar George brings guests into a wonderful space for dining with brick accents, modern touches, and comfortable seating. While industrial details such as exposed brick, Edison lights, concrete, and iron details make the space seem very modern, the restaurant perfectly pairs them with warm wood accents, lots of natural light, and comfortable seating which makes for a very enjoyable experience. Wine Bar George also features an outdoor patio that guests can enjoy that offers wonderful views of Disney Springs, making it the perfect spot to sip some wine on a beautiful Florida day!

2. The Wine

Obviously the star at Wine Bar George is the wine menu, and the location features more than one hundred and forty wines that were all hand chosen by Miliotes. While the menu might seem intimidating, all of the servers are very knowledgeable and can help guests to find the perfect selection that they will love. Menu options at Wine Bar George offer choices that are on tap or served by the glass or bottle and guests are sure to find plenty of amazing choices that they can sip on while enjoying their meals.

3. Weekend Brunch

Each Saturday and Sunday, Wine Bar George opens early to serve up an amazing brunch experience that guests won’t want to miss. Dubbed the Wine Country Brunch, this experience offers a laid back approach to weekend mornings that pairs perfectly with the delicious menu. In addition to the typical wine menu and specialty brunch beverages such as the Botanical Spritz and the Frozcato mad with Dole Whip Pineapple, guests can order up menu options including Steak and Eggs Frites, Sausage and Gravy Biscuits, Burrata, Wine Country Omelet, French Toast, and Eggs Benedict.

The Artisanal Cheese Board features the chef’s selection of four artisanal cheeses accompanied by grilled bread and the Charcuterie Board features four artisanal meats paired with chutney and grain mustard. While these two boards are both delicious, guests looking to enjoy the ultimate spread should opt to order The Big Board. This indulgent menu item features the chef’s selection of six artisanal cheeses and five crafted meats paired perfectly with condiments and accoutrements.

Those looking to enjoy more options at Wine Bar George can opt to order from the small plate menu, which offers up items that are perfect for sharing and allow guests to sample several different bites. The small plate menu features wonderful items such as the Burrata served with San Marzano tomatoes, olive oil, and grilled bread, the Chicken Skewers served with togarashi and Asian slaw, and the Crispy Mac & Cheese Bites which are served with tomato nage and pecorino. Guests can also order up other small plate options including the Grilled Octopus Salad, Porchetta-Spiced Pork Cheeks, Grilled Romaine, Spiced Olives, Jicama-Kohlrabi Salad, House-Made Meatballs, and Hummus.

Available Monday through Friday from eleven to three, guests can order the Chicken Salad Sandwich and Giocata Pinot Grigio, Teriyaki Salmon Salad and Paul Buisse Sauvignon Blanc, BLT + C with Zuccardi Serie A Malbec, or Steak Frites with Angelini Paolo Grignolino. Parties of two to four guests dining at Wine Bar George can also opt to order from the Family-Style menu which serves up several options perfect for sharing. The Skirt Steak is served with roasted potatoes, chimichurri, and seasonal vegetables, the Wine-Braised Chicken is served with mushrooms, Yukon potato hash, and seasonal vegetables, and the Grilled Whole Greek Sea Bass is served with cannellini bean ragout, seasonal vegetables, and lemon.
