The 1 Million Mark
Although Disney Cast Members on both coasts often receive much praise from park goers on social, in person, and over the phone, the new mobile method has proved to be a much more convenient and quicker way to compliment the magic makers at Disney Parks.

After less than two years since its debut, Mobile Cast Compliments has exceeded 1 million comments, recognizing the amazing service provided to theme Park Guests.
Cast Member Magic
In honor of this special achievement, Disney recognized some of the Cast Members who earned the highest number of Guest compliments.
“Being recognized for doing a great job gives me a heartwarming feeling,” said Remington Davis, security host at Disneyland. “When you enjoy what you do, it’s not work, and it makes me happy to know that I am bringing joy to someone’s day. I like to greet guests with a smile, give them a high-five and welcome them to the resort.”

Down in Florida, Photopass photographer Willie Jackson received special recognition for making Guests feel like they are stars in their own Hollywood adventure at Hollywood Studios.
“I love Disney and every day at work is so much fun, especially when you get to create new memories for the guests and have them pose in silly ways or for Magic Shots,” Willie said.

Compliment a Cast Member
When visiting either the Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort, you can always brighten the day of a Cast Member by acknowledging them via the Mobile Cast Compliment features available on both the My Disney Experience and Disneyland apps.
After selecting a positive sentiment, you can also add the Cast Member’s name and hometown. To send a compliment, navigate to the bottom of the menu and find “Cast Compliment,” or search “Cast Compliment” in the search bar.
