Let’s Talk About Bruno
They are seeking individuals to portray Bruno from Encanto (2021).
The listing states that the role would portray the unique character for “potential future special events.” It is unclear what that is referring to specifically. However, some have speculated that Bruno could be a character showing up at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party or even one of the special Christmas events, such as the new Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios.
The Halloween event at Walt Disney World often makes for fantastic and unique meet-and-greets with unusual characters and villains. Although Bruno isn’t a villain in the conventional sense, he could still be joining the party. After all, he is portrayed as a villain in the first half of Encanto (2021).

It’s also possible that Bruno Madrigal may become a theme Park regular appearing in parades, stage shows, or perhaps even Fantasmic!
Disney is hosting rehearsals by appointment only at the Animal Kingdom Rehearsal facility. The position is listed as a full-time role; individuals must be between 5′ 6″ and 5′ 9″ tall and have an athletic build.

The Family Madrigal?
While the character of Bruno has appeared at Disneyland Resort and on Disney Cruise Line, he doesn’t have an official meet-and-greet spot at Walt Disney World. Mirabel from Encanto (2021) has been confirmed as a new face arriving at the Magic Kingdom this fall, so it is possible that Bruno may join her. There has been no confirmation of any other Madrigal family members joining Mirabel, but who knows? Perhaps we could end up seeing Isabella, Luisa, or even Dolores.
