There are plenty of Disney Vacation Club Planning desks located around Walt Disney World. As well as there being one located in every Disney theme park, you will also find a desk in every Disney Resort hotel too.

This is a great place to begin your Disney Vacation Club enquiry. There are brochures for you to browse through, and Cast Members who you can answer any initial questions you may have. 

Mention to the Cast Members at the Vacation Planner desks and they will be able to arrange an Open House Tour for you. Don’t be surprised if they can arrange one for that day, or find a time that will work for you in the upcoming days of your vacation. 

Get picked up from any location

A Disney Vacation Club Open House Tour offers complimentary transportation to and from the tour. This means that you don’t have to worry about finding the Disney Vacation Club Preview Center. You can be picked up from any location in and around Walt Disney World.

If you are collected from a Disney Park (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom), you may even get a sneak peak backstage! It’s not every day you get to see backstage of a Disney Park is it?

Preview Upcoming Disney Vacation Club Resorts and Rooms

The Open House Tour takes place at the Disney Vacation Club Preview Centre in Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. Inside, you’ll begin your tour, viewing scale models of upcoming or recently opened Disney Vacation Club Resorts. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to explore model Studios and Villas, that you will have the pleasure of staying in once you become a Disney Vacation Club Member. 

Speak to a Disney Vacation Club Expert

Once you have passed through the Preview area, you’ll meet with a Disney Vacation Club Planner. This is the perfect opportunity to talk though all aspects of Disney Vacation Club Membership. They will explain everything, from Resorts to costs, to the length of membership, and more. Ask any questions that you have, as your Vacation Planner will be able to provide all of the information you need.

Your Open House Tour also allows you to find out about Disney Resorts located outside of Walt Disney World. As a Disney Vacation Club Member, you will be able to use your points to visit Disney’s Beach Resorts in Vero Beach, Hilton Head Island and Aulani in Hawaii.

If you decide there and then that Disney Vacation Club is right for you, then you can begin your Membership. Your Vacation Planner will be able to process payments, and even arrange your very first Disney vacation as a Disney Vacation Club Member.

Complimentary beverages and ice cream

Whilst you are taking advantage of the Disney Vacation Club Open House Tour, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary hot and cold beverages. You may also find that there are sweet treats on offer to enjoy with your beverages.

Before you leave the Preview Center, take advantage of a complimentary ice cream for each member in your party. There are plenty of flavors to choose from that are served in a cup or cone. Sit in the AC and enjoy, or take a stroll around Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. Why not familiarise yourself with the Disney Resort ahead of a future stay there?

Complimentary transportation following your visit

When you’ve finished, let a Cast Member know and they will arrange complimentary transport to your choice of location. If you’ve been planning on visiting a Mall or Outlets, this could be a great time to head there. 

Whether you become the newest Member of Disney Vacation Club, or leave processing all of the information you have been given, the Open House Tour is a great event to take part in. You’ll leave knowing you are guaranteed years of magical Disney Vacations, or have a goal to aim for.
