If you’re a fan of all things soft-serve and fruity, then you’re in for a dole-licious treat!
DOLE Whip has become synonymous with Disney Parks, a delectable snack that has become as famous on Instagram as it has as a Mickey ear hat.
The refreshing soft serve dairy-free frozen dessert was created by the DOLE Food Company back in 1984. Guests will most prominently know the popular original pineapple flavor, but there are also eight additional fruit flavors!
Now, Disney has opened what it is calling the “ultimate DOLE Whip destination”, right in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort!
Most Walt Disney World Guests get their DOLE Whip fix at Aloha Isle in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom Park.
At EPCOT theme park, DOLE Whip is occasionally served at the Refreshment Port and the Pineapple Promenade booth during the Flower and Garden Festival, while at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Africa starting serving it with rum. Tamu Tamu also sells the Simba Sunset, which features DOLE Whip with Watermelon, Strawberry, and Coconut flavored syrup.
Guests can also find DOLE Whip at the Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Trader Sam’s tiki bar, Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas at The Boardwalk, Typhoon Lagoon, the All-Star Movies Resort, and Pop Century Resort Hotel.

The kiosk at Disney Springs also serves a 50th Anniversary Celebration Cone with a DOLE Whip lemon and cookie dough soft serve swirl.
And best of all, you can also get the DOLE Whip Flight! This flight includes all six of the featured swirl flavors and those over 21 can indulge in the Sangria Float featuring DOLE Whip and red wine sangria!
Disney celebrated the opening of Swirls on the Water on its theme park TikTok:
DOLE and Disney go back a long way. DOLE Whip was first introduced after DOLE Food Company took over from United Airlines as the sponsor of Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room at Disneyland Park.
It’s exciting to see the ice cream favorite and DOLE Whip floats make their way outside of a Disney Park. The frozen pineapple treat is always high on our list of dining choices when we visit the Polynesian Resort or Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World – and we may often get that coconut rum addition.
We can’t wait to head over to Disney Springs and get our hands on one of those amazing-looking flights of DOLE Whip goodness!
