The new villas will be housed within the 12-story tower, with each Guest room offering unique details that tie together classic Walt Disney Animation Studios films with the modern amenities Disney Resorts are known for.
Each room type features its own theme that helps to immerse Guests into the storytelling of these iconic films while keeping the deluxe accommodations they expect during their trips. The duo studio for instance, is inspired by The Jungle Book (1967) while the deluxe studio features theming from either Sleeping Beauty (1959) or The Princess and the Frog (2009).

One and two bedroom villas are themed to The Princess and the Frog and Fantasia (1940), offering something for everyone when it comes to Disney’s packed library of animated films. These expanded accommodations are also the best way to stay at the new villas with the whole family as one-bedroom villas can sleep up to five Guests while two-bedroom villas sleep up to nine. Each of the one and two-bedroom villas comes with a washer and driver, living space, and a kitchen complete with full-sized appliances and cookware.
For an even bigger family getaway, Guests may opt for the multi-level three-bedroom Grand Villa. Each floor and section of this expansive Guest room is inspired by a different Disney film, with the main suite on the first floor taking its cues from Bambi (1942), and en-suite bathrooms on the second floor inspired by Frozen (2013) and Moana (2016). The multi-level suites sleep 12.
