Early Closure for Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park on November 5th

If you will be visiting Walt Disney World in early November, then you will want to be aware of an early closure at Magic Kingdom Park.  The theme park will be closing at 4:30 PM on Monday, November 5th, 2018.  This early closure is due to an annual Cast Member event where Walt Disney World Resort celebrates the continued service of long-time cast members.  The celebration is typically for cast members who have served 10 years or longer.  This event is only for cast members and their guests, so no tickets can be purchased.  You may be able to catch a view of the special fireworks show at 9:30 PM if you are watching from one of the resorts.

Walt Disney World’s cast members are a huge part of the Disney experience.  Disney wouldn’t be as magical as it is without all of the amazing cast members who love what they do.  Many guests show appreciation to cast members by bringing gifts, cards, etc.  Be sure to thank your cast members for keeping the magic going for all of us year after year!
