Fans Are Wondering Why the Lighting Lane Was So Long At This Disney Park

As more changes are made to the Disney Parks experience, Guests become increasingly frustrated. Some Guests claim that the Genie+ and Lighting Lane systems are causing problems for DAS (Disability Access Service) pass users.

Other Guests remember what the FastPass system was like and miss those days. Some Guests enjoy Genie+ and Lightning Lanes! But for the most part, these systems have been met with criticism.

This video, which has gained over 10,000 views, definitely doesn’t help any arguments in favor of Lightning Lane.

From what we can see in the video, it looks as if the Lighting Lane line extends from the attraction’s entrance and ends near the entrance to Smokejumpers Grill.

A few Twitter users have commented, each criticizing Lightning Lane for letting the line get this long, obstructing DAS pass users, and defeating its own purpose.

Not only that but fans are baffled as to why this line could be so long. Although it was recently announced that Soarin’ Over California would return to Disney California Adventure Park for a limited time in 2023, that version won’t open until next March.

Has Genie+ and Lightning Lane already become obsolete? We can’t say for sure, but we can admit that the Lightning Lane line is bafflingly long in the video shown!
