One of the latest things to reopen was Flying Fish restaurant at Disney’s BoardWalk on January 27th. This is a very popular restaurant for foodies everywhere. President of Walt Disney World Jeff Vahle shared his excitement of the reopening on his Instagram. He said:
Flying Fish is back! I was excited to join Culinary Director Lenny DeGeorge, Executive Chefs Andy Larkin and Tony Deluca, Chef Tim Majoras and the rest of the team as they welcomed their first Guests today. We’re so excited to be opening this back up for our Guests to enjoy. Thanks to our Food & Beverage Cast Members who made it happen and congrats to everyone involved!
If you are a fan of seafood, what are you waiting for? Their seared scallops and a slow roasted pork belly are some of the most popular. There are signature cocktails as well as a diverse selection of hand picked wines.
Since this is a signature dining experience, there is a dress code. You are not permitted to wear tank tops, flip flops, swimsuits, cover-ups for swimsuits, hats for men, cut-offs, torn clothing, or t-shirts with offensive language or graphics.
The dinner menu price can range from $35 to $59.99 per adult. After your meal, you are extremely close to EPCOT, and even if you don’t have Theme Park tickets, you can see the fireworks. Just take the short walk over to the bridge, and you will have a spectacular view and a perfect way to end your night.
