The official website for the Walt Disney World Resort describes the Festival of Fantasy Parade as a dazzling event where Guests can:
Celebrate the spirit of Disney as Magic Kingdom park comes alive with music and dance during a tribute to the tales of Fantasyland… The unbridled enchantment and vivid pageantry of Fantasyland—and its many inhabitants—winds its way through the park in a thrilling parade spectacular.
A video uploaded to TikTok by user @vildisney reveals the depths of dedication to which these character performers will go: Grumpy, one of the Seven Dwarves, experiences a costume mishap while dancing down Main Street, U.S.A. alongside a radiant Snow White.

“Oh! Oh!! Grumpy have trouble,” the caption states. Grumpy quickly steps out of line to a waiting Character Attendant, who gets to work resolving the issue. The Festival continues, and viewers will see Snow White glide by with the six other Dwarves and the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland (1951).
The Hatter approaches Grumpy and playfully tweaks his nose, to which Grumpy angrily shakes him off, much to the enjoyment of the crowd. After a fittingly disgruntled check-in with the Cast Member, Grumpy is good to go and rejoins the procession on Snow White’s arm.
Due to his dedication, the magic was not ruined for any of the Guests watching the Parade, who even got to witness a hilarious and unique interaction between Grump and the Mad Hatter. Would you be glad to see this on your next trip to Fantasyland?
