A beloved store has opened its doors again at Walt Disney World Resort! Harmony Barber Shop is a unique experience located on Main Street, U.S.A., in Magic Kingdom Park, near City Hall and the fire department building.
The charming vintage-inspired salon opened in 1971, along with Magic Kingdom Park. Countless Guests have created memories at the location, which is a popular spot for a child’s first haircut.

Harmony Barber Shop closed along with Walt Disney World during the pandemic. Disney fans have patiently waited two and a half years for the iconic spot to reopen, making it the final location on Main Street, U.S.A.
Yesterday, Disney Cast Members who work at the Harmony Barber Shop gathered together for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the momentous occasion. Stylists of the Disney salon love connecting with Guests as they enjoy the historic venue.

The Harmony Barber Shop is known for its friendly ambiance, with Disney Cast Members ensuring that each person walks away with special memories of their time there.
In addition to the coveted My First Haircut Package, which includes a child’s haircut, a lock of hair, a certificate, and a Mickey Ears hat, the shop offers a general child’s haircut, adult haircuts, and even beard trims, all for very reasonable rates.
Walk in’s are welcome but are limited in number and are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are recommended, and Guests can check availability on Walt Disney World’s official website.
