11. Haunted Mansion –
Guests who visit the Magic Kingdom simply cannot skip Liberty Square and the classic attraction the Haunted Mansion. Housed in an eerie manor home up on the hill, the attraction invites guests to walk through an interactive graveyard before entering the foyer and proceeding into a stretching room. There they meet the disembodied Ghost Host who serves as the narrator for the experience. Once on board their Doom Buggies, guests move through the mansion and experience eerie effects and spooky happenings caused by the nine hundred and ninety nine happy haunts who reside there. The Haunted Mansions is a favorite of many guests thanks to its classic characters like Madame Leota and Constance the bride, catchy song “Grim Grinning Ghosts,” and the classic hitchhiking ghosts who will follow them home!
10. Pirates of the Caribbean –
Also in the Magic Kingdom is an attraction which allows guests to set sail and channel their inner pirate for an epic adventure on the high seas. Pirates of the Caribbean is located in Adventureland and brings guests through a massive fort called Castillo del Morro before boarding their boats. Once at sea, guests move though eerie caves and plummet into a burning seaside village which is being ransacked by the pirates. Guests love spotting Captain Jack Sparrow along the way, laughing at the hijinks that the pirates get themselves into, and singing along to “Yo Ho (A Pirate’s Life For Me).
9. Na’vi River Journey –
Na’vi River Journey is one of the two incredible attractions that is now open in the new Pandora – The World of Avatar area in Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park. Climb aboard a small boat and feel the slow river push you along. The space around you glows as if bioluminescent lighting has struck the rainforest with beauty! The sights and sounds appeal to the senses as you drift down river. Pass caves, exotic plants, and interesting animals to reach a very important member of the Na’vi tribe. 8. Soarin’ –
Also found in Epcot is a thrilling aerial experience located on the lower level of The Land Pavilion next to Living with the Land and Sunshine Seasons. Soarin’ brings guests directly into a massive airplane hangar and takes them on a thrilling hang gliding experience over beautiful sights around the world! Guests can dangle their feet as they soar over Matterhorn, the Great Wall of China, Iguazu Falls, and Epcot. There are plenty of new sights and scents to experience.
7. Toy Story Mania –
One of the most entertaining attractions in all of Walt Disney World can be found in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Toy Story Mania invites guests into the world of the Pixar classic Toy Story and shrinks them down to the size of toys. Guests move through a queue filled with larger than life versions of classic toys like Chutes and Ladders and Lincoln Logs before competing in a series of 3D midway games hosted by Woody, Buzz, and the gang. 5. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror –
Also found in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is an eerie attraction which aims to drop guests directly into another dimension. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is based upon the popular television series and invites guests into the Hollywood Tower Hotel where something evil happened many years ago. Guests learn that five hotel guests disappeared into The Twilight Zone after their elevator was stuck by lightning and they soon find themselves on board a service elevator heading for the same fate. Guests are sure to love the random sequence of drops experienced on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and return to ride again and again!
4. Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run –
Take a ride on the “fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy”! Star Wars fan or not, riding in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon is an experience not to be missed. This interactive attraction is located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ newest land, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. With roles including pilot, gunner, and engineer – everyone must work together to reach their destination despite a few hiccups along the way.
3. Kilimanjaro Safaris –
Disney’s Animal Kingdom is home to one of the largest attractions in all of Walt Disney World located in the Africa section of the park. Kilimanjaro Safaris brings guests into the Harambe Reserve for a two week safari through the forests and savannahs of Africa. Along the way guests can enjoy up close and personal experiences with animals including giraffes, zebras, elephants, lions, cheetahs, and rhinos. Guests love boarding their safari vehicles and enjoying a different experience each time thanks to the unpredictable nature of live animals.

Avatar Flight of Passage is one of the two attractions located in the new Pandora – The World of Avatar area within Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Prepare to straddle what feels somewhat like one of those motorcycles at an arcade, be secured in, and then using 3D screen technology, awesome 4D effects, and motion simulation – feel like you are literally flying on the back of a mountain banshee in the most exhilarating way.
