Tickets Are Going Quickly for One of Disney World’s Most Popular Holiday Events

It might still feel “too soon,” but the holiday season is really right around the corner! Walt Disney World is currently in the midst of the Halloween season, but Christmas festivities will be arriving at the theme parks and Resorts before we know it.

This holiday season is set to be the most exciting in recent years with several pre-pandemic events and experiences finally returning to Walt Disney World, including a full EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, complete with Candlelight Processional.

One of the most highly anticipated returning events for this holiday season is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom Parks, which replaces the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event that ran last year. With the full return of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Guests will once again be able to experience entertainment like Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration stage show, character meet and greets, exclusive snacks and merchandise, attraction overlays, and more, including “snow” on Main Street, U.S.A.

This year’s Christmas Party takes place in the Magic Kingdom from 7:00 p.m. to midnight on select dates from November 8-December 22, 2022. While the Party does not kick off until 7:00 p.m., Guests with tickets to the event are able to enter the Magic Kingdom beginning at 4:00 p.m.

So far, the first three dates are sold out, November 8, 10, and 11, with all other nights still showing availability as of this morning.

If you are hoping to attend this year’s event, we strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets soon as multiple dates are now sold out. Earlier this fall, every single date of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party sold out in advance (for the first time ever), and given the pent-up demand for the return of Disney’s holiday events, we are expecting the same outcome with the Christmas Party.

Ticket prices range from $139-199 based on the date of the event, and are available online at DisneyWorld.com. Be sure to grab your tickets soon, before dates during your next Disney trip sell out!
