Where to See Santa Claus at Walt Disney World This Holiday Season

It might seem early, but we are already “Halfway to the Holidays!” If you are planning a winter trip to Walt Disney World this year, there is a lot to be excited about.

One must-do during any holiday celebration at Walt Disney World is, of course, seeing Santa himself! There are multiple locations to catch Old St. Nick in the Most Magical Place on Earth this year, and you do not need a ticket to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to catch a glimpse of him.

Of course, Santa can be found at the end of Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, which runs during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and during the day in the Magic Kingdom throughout Christmas week.

Disney also shared that the Magic Kingdom, along with Disney Springs, will have set meet-and-greet times for Guests to have individual photos taken with Santa throughout the holiday season. (Check the My Disney Experience app during your visit to confirm times.)

At EPCOT, Santa Claus himself will join the storytellers from around the world during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which runs November 25-December 30, 2022. During this event, Guests will find storytellers from each of the countries represented in World Showcase who will share their holiday traditions, along with outdoor kitchens, the Holiday Cookie Stroll, and the return of Candlelight Processional at the America Gardens Theatre.

Santa Claus will have his very own motercade in Disney’s Hollywood Studios this holiday season. Guests will be able to find him cruising down Hollywood Boulevard in a festive “candy-apple red” convertible during the Santa Claus Merry Motorcade.

In Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Santa will bne joining one of the park’s flotillas that Guests will be able to see floating down the Discovery River. While the flotillas were originally created when character sightings were distances, they continue to be a hit with Guests in Animal Kingdom, and the holiday flotilla should bring lots of fun this winter.

There is so much to see and do at Walt Disney World this holiday season, and we will be sure to share updates with even more tips, tricks, and details of this year’s festivities as we have them here on DisneyTips.
