Disney Parks and Resorts are home to some of the best lounges around, and that’s whether you are looking for a place to relax with a cocktail or simply an area to chill out and charge your phone during your visit.
While there are fan-favorite lounges in nearly every Disney Park and Resort, some are more exclusive than others. Whether something ultra-exclusive like Club 33 at Disneyland, or the occasional Disney Visa cardholder lounge that pops up during EPCOT’s festivals, “members-only” lounges are nothing new at Disney.

Some of the most popular members-only lounges at Disney Parks belong to Guests who have Disney Vacation Club memberships. At the Walt Disney World Resort, the most popular such experience can be found at the Imagination! Pavilion. For those with memberships, the staircase found inside the gift shop at the exit of Journey Into Imagination with Figment is open to the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member lounge located in the top of the pyramid. It is quite an exclusive location offering spectacular views of the Park, and the opportunity to see the Pavilion’s second floor which has otherwise not been open to Guests for years.
DVC memberships, in case you are unfamiliar, effectively operate like a timeshare but instead of owning a single vacation property, Guests own their membership which gives them access to a home Resort and point system they can then use book Disney vacations all over the world. Points can be used for everything from Adventures by Disney trips to Disney Cruise Line vacations, and of course, stays at Disney Resorts near the theme parks.
In a new update shared by the Disney Parks Blog, DVC members visiting the Disneyland Resort will soon have a new exclusive lounge to visit.

The new lounge will be the first of its kind to open at the Disneyland Resort, and members will be able to visit it in Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park beginning April 19, 2023.
This DVC lounge is set to be extra special for Disney fans, as it is inspired by Walt Disney’s interest in the future. With Tomorrowland serving as the perfect backdrop for the lounge, the location’s official name will be “Disney Vacation Club Star View Station – a Member Lounge.”

Like other Disney Vacation Club lounges, members visiting Tomorrowland will be able to charge their phones, and enjoy complimentary soda, water, and comfortable seating.
To be eligible to enter the lounge, beginning April 19, be sure to present your Disney Vacation Club member card (and have valid Park tickets and a theme park reservation to enter Disneyland.)
