This 80s Heartthrob Loves This Disney Salad So Much, He Turned It Into a Sandwich

Walt Disney World is known for immersive attractions and experiences, unique Disney merchandise, and, overall, that one-of-a-kind Disney magic. One of the best things about visiting Disney Parks is getting to try all of the delicious drinks, snacks, and entrees.

One celebrity loves a particular Disney World salad so much that he turned it into a sandwich of his own: the “Heartthrob Cobb” sandwich. You’re probably wondering which heartthrob loves Disney World’s Cobb Salad this much. Would you have guessed John Stamos?

That’s right, the 80s heartthrob who portrayed Uncle Jesse on Full House (1987-1995) and Fuller House (2016-2021) is a huge Disney fan!

John Stamos and his family regularly visit Walt Disney World and Disneyland, and he has even been seen Disneybounding.

He even plays Iron Man in Spidey and His Amazing Friends (2021), a show that plays on Disney Junior, the Disney channel made especially for younger fans.

That’s not the only Disney show John Stamos has lent his talents to. The ongoing show Big Shot stars the actor behind Uncle Jesse as a basketball coach at an all-girls school. This show is currently streaming on Disney+ (also known as Disney Plus).

In a recent interview with Yahoo Life, John Stamos revealed one of his all-time favorite Disney World meals: the Hollywood Brown Derby (found in Disney’s Hollywood Studios) Cobb Salad.

The actor describes the Walt Disney World Cobb Salad as something on his “must-eat list” whenever he visits the Park. He loves it so much that he’s constantly recreating it at home, which has led to this Heartthrob Cobb sandwich.

According to Yahoo Life, Stamos “created the sandwich as part of his partnership with Arnold, Brownberry, and Oroweat breads.” He also “wants it known” that he didn’t come up with the name of the sandwich, although he does think it’s “cute.”
