Out of Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT, it’s widely agreed that Magic Kingdom is the most magical. During this time of year, when Walt Disney World Resort is dressed up for the holidays, that one-of-a-kind Disney magic and Christmas magic come together to create something entirely unique.
Visiting during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is one of the best ways to experience the Disney Christmas magic, and Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party is a unique event available during this time. Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party consists of reserved seating at the Tomorrowland Terrace, giving Guests a crystal clear view of the special event’s fireworks show.
Not only that, but Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party also offers a complimentary spread of cheeses, seasonal fruits, and holiday-themed desserts prepared by Disney’s pastry chefs. Complimentary refreshments include lemonade, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, non-alcoholic cider, sparkling wine, and beer. The best part is that these offerings are entirely unlimited…or are they?
While experiencing Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party, one Guest decided to put these unlimited offerings to the test and documented the experience. “I’m not here for dessert,” he says to the camera, “I’m here to get drunk at Magic Kingdom.”
As we can see in the video, Cameron (@mrmainstreet on TikTok) is cut off after drink number 12, proving that the unlimited offerings may not be as unlimited as advertised.
Audiences on TikTok couldn’t believe it. One user writes, “THEY CUT YOU OFF!?” while another user expresses their pride as they write, “This has reached the staff. We are proud of you.”
We don’t have any information on how often Guests are cut off from the unlimited beer and wine during Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party. But from this video, we can infer that Disney is always watching Guests’ alcohol intake, even during events offering unlimited refreshments.
