While we like to think of our vacations to Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort as nothing but pixie dust and sunshine, sometimes the unexpected happens. With phones and cameras around every corner, it’s no surprise more and more events such as Guests climbing restricted areas are being caught on video.
It wasn’t too long ago we watched the video of a child that had to be rescued after they climbed to the top of the show pyramid at The Lost City of Cibola feature pool at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World. We can also flash back to years ago when a Guest attempted to climb the massive Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park.
And while climbing seems to be an issue, it seems like some Guests are purposely attempting to explore Disney’s restricted areas, such as the Guest that climbed down to a restricted area around EPCOT’s World Showcase to smoke a cigarette.
But now, another video has surfaced on social media of a Guest seemingly climbing a restricted area in Cars Land at Disney California Adventure in Disneyland Resort. Keep in mind that Cars Land is filled with rock structures that may seem rather enticing to climb, but really, they are obviously off-limits to Guests.
@_disney._stuff_ took to TikTok to post a video of the Guest waving from a restricted area in Cars Land with the big question, “Should he be banned?” Check out the video below:
Should these Guests climbing into restricted areas be banned from the Disney Parks? Does Disney need more “keep off” signs? Or as the comments say on this video, “Do better guy is right! Do people just not care anymore? You pay all that money to do something so stupid.”
While we don’t know if this gentleman was banned from the Park, with countless cameras and security spread throughout the Disney Parks, chances of getting away with doing something such as this are slim.
