If you have allergies or other special dietary restrictions, you will need to read this. You will need to visit the Crown of Corellia between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on the first day of your voyage.
During this consultation, the Guests will meet with a Chef or Cast Member trained in special diets and discuss your meal plan for your entire stay.
If you require pureed meals or medically restricted diets like low protein diets or kosher meals, you should contact Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com seven to 14 days before you arrive on your journey.
If you eat a plant based diet, you don’t have to worry about this. There are already options available that do not contain any meat, dairy, eggs, or honey. These menu items are marked with a green leaf icon.

On the official Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser website they have this disclaimer: “We use reasonable efforts in our food preparation and handling procedures to avoid the introduction of the named allergens into your menu choices. While we take steps to prevent cross-contact, we do not have separate allergy-friendly kitchens and are unable to guarantee that a menu item is completely free of allergens. Please also note that our allergy-friendly offerings are reliant on supplier ingredient labels and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the content lists for each food item. Allergen advisory statements (for example, “may contain”) are not regulated and are therefore not taken into consideration when developing allergy-friendly meals. It is ultimately up to your discretion to make an informed choice based on your individual dietary needs.”
Walt Disney World takes allergies very seriously, so you do not have to worry about having enough food options on your vacation. Just make sure to follow the steps in place, and you will be all set.
