Get Even More Excited About the 50th

Yesterday was a day full of announcements at Walt Disney World. If you miss some of the exciting news here’s a little rundown for you. Jeremy Schoolfield shared with Disney Parks Blog:

“An event 50 years in the making is now less than ONE DAY AWAY! That’s right, tomorrow marks the 50^th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort, and today we released a whole bunch of exciting new details about what’s in store over the next 18 months during “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.” 

• New 50^th anniversary merchandise, food and drinks
• Entertainment across all four theme parks
• First voyage of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser
• Debut of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT
• Next-generation MagicBand+ and “Hey Disney!” voice assistant
• And lots more!”

Along with all of that exciting information, Steakhouse 71 will start welcoming Guests starting today, October 1st, 2021. You can see some photos from before the official opening here.
