Disney’s Newest Ice Cream Will Take You ‘To Infinity and Beyond!’

Disney Springs has become the ultimate DOLE Whip destination at the Walt Disney World Resort, and the latest soft-serve treat will take Guests on an adventure with Star Command.

Swirls on the Water is the newest place to stop for DOLE Whips and soft-serve ice cream creations at Disney’s own shopping, dining, and entertainment complex, and the latest addition to the menu is this Instagram-worthy Bizz Lightyear Star Commander Cone:

The flavor of this cone may surprise you, as the Buzz Lightyear Star Commander Cone is made with purple cheesecake soft-serve! The ice cream is served atop a green sugar cone, and adorned with space-inspired sprinkles and chocolate versions of Buzz Lightyear’s wings.

Swirls on the Water opened earlier this year in Disney Springs in the former Aristocrepes location offering DOLE Whip flights, and a variety of unique flavors and treats plus alcoholic options for Guests who are of age. The new snack stand even includes a special 50th-anniversary cone just for “The World’s Most Magical Celebration,” and DOLE Whip-topped “nachos” aka waffle cone pieces.

Looking for more soft-serve at Walt Disney World? The Friar’s Nook in the Magic Kingdom’s Fantasyland has a full lineup of ice cream cones inspired by each of the dwarfs from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937). Of course, classic pineapple DOLE Whips are available as traditional soft-serves and as floats or with a vanilla swirl in Adventureland, too at Aloha Isle.

Guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom can find pineapple DOLE Whips in Africa at Tamu Tamu Refreshments, and for those taking some time to explore the Magic Kingdom area resorts, they are also available at Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
