Crew Members Looking Forward Getting Back to Work on the Disney Fantasy

So many things have changed since the COVID-19 pandemic happened. Cruise Lines had to temporarily dock and not set sail for quite some time. Recently Disney Cruise Line have started getting back out to sea, but things do look a bit different. There are new safety protocols in place, and everyone is doing their part to keep all Guests and Crew Members safe.

There are new rules to be on a Disney cruise, though. All Guests 12 and older must be fully vaccinated, and will also have a rapid test upon arrival. All Guests under 12 must have a negative PCR test, and will also have a rapid test upon arrival.

Justin Rapp shared with Disney Parks Blog shared a video of Crew Members getting ready to get back to work:

“All aboard the Disney Fantasy as we set sail with our cast and crew members who are busy welcoming back guests to Disney Cruise Line. So, grab your sunscreen and pack your bags, because we are here to show you what our Disney Cruise Life looks like.” You can see that video here

You can tell how excited they are and how much they love their jobs. If you’ve ever been on a Disney Cruise, you know that Crew Members make your vacation so much more magical. Disney Cruise Line has rotational dining, so you have the same server duo your entire trip. They become part of your family and learn what foods you like and don’t like so you can get the best meal. They get to know you and truly care.

The fact that cruises are starting back up shows that we are getting at least a little bit of a sense of normal again. The past year and a half have been difficult for everyone, and many plans and vacations have been canceled. Hopefully, you and your family can enjoy some time together and plan your next Disney Cruise.
