Disney Introduces Brand-New French Fries Destination at EPCOT

With so many new attractions, dining locations, and post-pandemic entertainment returns coming to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom this year, there’s no better time to book a Disney vacation.

The Walt Disney World Resort recently saw the opening of EPCOT’s new quick-service dining location, the Connections Café and Eatery at World Celebration. Now, Disney has revealed that a new french fries booth is coming to the EPCOT theme park for a limited time.

Disney has finally announced the Global Marketplace food booths for the 2022 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, with one new exciting booth.

New this year will be The Fry Basket, with Disney describing the new fry destination as: “Snack on crispy French fries or yucca fries, seasoned to perfection.” Put Walt Disney World and french fries in the same sentence, and we’re there! The addition of yucca fries is an interesting concept, and we can’t for this new booth to open in July.

The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival officially begins on July 14, but some booths will not open until August 15. These are Brew-Wing at the Odyssey, Coastal Eats, Hawaiʻi, Mac & Eats, and The Noodle Exchange.

We can’t wait to fill our bellies with the incredible array of treats and dishes on offer at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival this year. From fries and mac and cheese to Kenyan beer and Bavarian bites, there is so much to choose from that we feel our table-service dining reservations will have to be canceled!
