The gorgeous Mediterranean-style home is listed at $14.995 million and is located in the gated community of Golden Oaks just minutes from the entrance to the Magic Kingdom. With an 11,000-square-foot main residence space, in addition to the detached guest house and beautiful backyard complete with a swimming pool, hot tub, and gazebo, the property is a great choice for hosting extended family or simply having the space to spread out.

MansionGlobal.com shared additional details on the home, including that the property only has one neighbor located closeby its .75-acre lot, and that the house is still very new only having been built in 2019.

Many of the home in Golden Oak come with Disney-inspired details in the design, and this one is no different. Of course, the Millennium Falcon-themed home movie theater is a major selling point of the home for the Star Wars fan, but the house also comes with Disney-themed stained glass windows.

The marble fireplace in the main living space is handcarved with loads of attention to detail, and is intended to replicate the one in the Cinderella Castle Suite that few Disney fans will ever have the opportunity to see for themselves.

In total, the house has seven bedrooms and 10 full bathrooms along with indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a game room, and of course the home theater, guest house, hot tub, and pool complete with a waterfall and waterslide. The gazebo located in the back of the property includes a fiber optic starlit ceiling which would be beautiful at night, and is reminiscent of the ceiling above the jacuzzi tub in the Cinderella Castle Suite.

While Disney’s Golden Oak community has about 300 homes onsite most come with a standard two-car garage. This home, however, includes space for seven cars along with additional storage facilities.
